What we collect
Only what you type into our contact, partnership and volunteer forms: your name, email address, phone number or location if you choose to give them, the name of your organization if you write on its behalf, and your message.
Why we use it
To read your message, reply to you, and follow up on a partnership, donation or volunteering enquiry. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.
Who handles it
Your message is delivered by email to our team. We use an email delivery service to send it on our behalf, and our email hosting provider stores it in our mailbox. These providers process your message only to deliver and store it for us.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to contact@yagaziefoundation.org and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Donations and other websites
If you donate through our online payment page, the payment is handled by that provider under its own privacy terms, and we never see your card details. Links to other websites, including news articles, are governed by those sites' policies.
